The natural growth of a Website’s backlink profile is a strong indication of the true competitive quality of the site’s content. Most Websites never earn very many links. Search engines understand this and award those sites with appropriate traffic based on other signals used by their algorithms. Right now, using structured data and rich snippets will allow information from your site to appear right in the SERPs. This way, if someone searches for a recipe, they’ll be able to see the ingredients for your version before they even click on your link! Make sure you have clean, short, descriptive URLs. Descriptive means keyword-rich but not keyword-stuffed. On the web, sole traders can in theory compete with the corporate big boys, so being able to be found – and found easily – among those searches is essential for any firm

Provide value information rooted in your initial strategy

You should refrain from writing articles that are too sensitive or controversial such as adult oriented articles and vulgarity. Keep it simple, keep it direct and informative. That is the best type of article to deliver. Google is good at crawling all types of URL structures, even if they're quite complex, but spending the time to make your URLs as simple as possible for both users and search engines can help. Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines. We like to use Domain Authority when comparing one site to another or tracking the “strength” of your website over time. With that said, proper SEO does take a lot of work, requires a large set of skills, and takes time. But, by investing in SEO now, and allocating the proper time and resources to it, you can begin to create serious, long-term value for your business. Thus, taking advantage of the huge potential of traffic and sales from organic search.

Analyze your current website

If you uncover duplicate content, check the organic traffic for each of your product page variations in Google Analytics. Building link popularity of a website is far more crucial than any other factors for SEO and positioning for top search engine ranking. But pay attention to who your link partners are. Google, the top search engine--and the one to optimize for--handles more than 50 percent of search traffic and utilizes more than 100 algorithms to track and manage HTML content ("on-page factors"), external profiles ("off-page factors"), link architectures, popularity and reputation, as well as PageRank calculation (a complex site voting system) and web bots.

Getting backlinks are important but if you get a ton of useless backlinks from irrelevant spammy sites or use “link software” then you’re doomed. In short, success in SEO marketing lies in adhering to good practice and avoiding silly mistakes.
